How it all began...

 

A receptionist, a sales assistant, an office manager and an estate agent. Whilst employed in the previous listed jobs, I spent my sparetime in my kitchen baking for friends, family and work colleagues. That was the time that i was happiest; baking made me happy, made life worthwhile and enjoyable. I am a feeder; nothing gives me more satisfaction than feeding people my baked goodies. The realisation was that life is too short to waste anymore time not being passionate about what I do every single day of my life!

 

My Philosophy...

 

‚ÄčAnother aspect of me that you should know about; I'm a foodie, I love good food! i'm not a slave to the media or social acceptability and therefore do not believe that all the best food is found in the most expensive, well-known or popular establishments. My baking is all about taste. I have gone back to basics with the aim of providing classic recipes, often with a modern twist that only helps to enhance rather than detract from what really matters; how it tastes! 

 

The Important Information...
 

My menu is slowly evolving and changing; new treats will be added as my passion is pushed to new limits. All cakes can be made as cupcakes and I am open to discussing any personal requests, variations, combinations and ideas that individual clients may have. Gluten-free varieties are also available upon request.
